Kreg Garner is a 2013 C with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Brandon, MS who attends Northwest Rankin HS. Slender young athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. Very sound and athletic defensive actions, quick feet, very quick and clean release, accurate on line throws, fair raw arm strength plays up with the rest of his skills/tools, 1.95 best pop time. Left handed hitter, bent knee stance, limited shift into contact, tends to stay on his back side, has some strength in his swing and shows gap power, gets extended out front at times, has hitting tools to develop with some mechanical adjustments.
