Alec Sole is a 2011 RHP/SS with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Holbrook, NY who attends Sachem North HS. Medium athletic frame, long arms/legs. Standard leg raise delivery, compact arm circle, short stride out front and tall release, throws downhill. 86-88 mph fastball, pitches aggressively with his fastball, soft sweeping curveball in the low 70's, occasional change up, good feel for the strike zone. Good athlete, 4.30 runner home to first, good left side infield actions.

Alec Sole is a 2011 SS/RHP with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Holbrook, NY who attends Sachem North. Sole has a slender, athletic body. He looked very good on the mound, he has very good mound presence and pitches aggressively. His mechanics are good, he uses a full arm action and a Hi 3/4 slot. He commands his fastball well and has good movement on his fastball and has a good 12/6 curve as well. He also showed a good short swing with balance at the plate from a slightly open stance and hit well in games.
