William Bouey is a 2011 RHP with a 6-3 215 lb. frame from Olney, MD who attends Sherwood HS. Thick strong body, mature physically. Standard delivery, throws leg out late, lands open, looses lower half direction, arm comes through fast and clean, 3/4's release point. Upper 80's fastball, touched 91 mph, hard sink/run on fastball, soft curveball with big downer break, occasional change up. Power sinker for a ground ball pitcher, slider potential, could get lots more from stronger lower half. Good student, verbal commitment to Maryland.
