Kyle Twomey is a 2012 LHP/1B with a 6-3 155 lb. frame from Placentia, CA who attends El Dorado. Tall, lanky build with lots of room to fill. Projects very well. Smooth, quick arm action from 3/4 slot. Loose and easy arm that produced consistent high 80s fastballs. Low effort delivery with sharp downhill angle. Short hand grab in back, ball comes out easy. Online with delivery and repeats motion. Threw 1/7 curveball with big break and bite. Has feel for pitch. Straight changeup with some sink and very good feel. Knows how to pitch. Didnt need to use a lot of breaking balls to get hitters out. Pounded zone with fastball. Good student. Highest level follow. USC commit. Named to Top Prospect Team.
