Ben Meer is a 2010 OF/P with a 6'1'', 185 lb. frame from Pennington, NJ who attends Hopewell Valley Central. Lean athletic build. Solid footwork in the outfield, online crow hop, behind the ball well, good carry on throws, very good arm strength. Pitches with good arm action, 12 to 6 CB with hard downward bite, throws downhill, keeps pitches down in the zone. Hits from a straight stance, knee lift trigger, centers ball well, can really turn on inside pitch, lift in swing. He is an excellent student.
