Anthony Hayes is a 2006 middle infielder from Vancouver, Washington, with a small frame and lean build, with a lot of room for added strength in the future. Hayes is a very aggressive base runner, and he looks to take the extra base and capitalize on any defensive flaw. He is a spark plug type player that will make things happen with his aggressiveness and great first step quickness. Hayes has sure hands and plus footwork defensively with solid actions in the middle infield. He's a contact type hitter who will need to get stronger for the wood. He does project, only an 06 and Anthony is a good student.
