Maxx Lombardi is a 2010 RHP with a 6'5'', 235 lb. frame from Saddle River, NJ who attends Don Bosco Prep. Maxx has a tall thick build, clean loose arm action and a long arm circle, 3/4 arm slot, solid arm speed. He has some good life on his FB, will pitch inside and can elevate the ball in the zone. Good spin on his CB and could be a plus pitch in the future. He also showed some good raw power at the plate. He is a solid student.

Lombardi has a large strong build, uses an over the top arm slot, on line mechanics, hides ball well, great feel for pitching, strike thrower, fastball has arm side run, 12-6 spin on curveball with good bite and depth, works off fastball with a plus plus curveball, this from a simple stance, strong swing, ball jumps with solid contact. One to follow on the mound. He is also a good student.
