Jeff is a SS with an athletic quick 5'11-175 body. He posted a very quick 6.87 sixty time with a 4.42 home to first time from the right side. Jeff showed pro level arm strength , 88(inf) across the infield. With very loose arm action and good range both side it was easy to see Jeff was the Top Prospect at the event. With quick fluid actions,clean transfers and quick feet, he will anchor the left side of the infield at a top program. At the plate he showed college power with pro level projection down the road. Fast twitch body with explosive uncoiling action in his swing. Very exciting to watch and he will get "Scout: traffic" this spring. A gap to gap approach with power and a top level hitting prospect look at the plate. Jeff has a very short path to the ball with very quick college level bat speed. Could get serious consideration in June 2005.
