Andrew Scott is a 2009 SS/P/OF with a 5'11'', 155 lb. frame from Manteca CA, who attends Sierra HS. Andrew has a lean athletic build with room to fill out. At the plate Andrew has an easy swing with good bat speed and extenstion. He keeps his hands inside the ball well and really gets his hips through the ball. His feel for hitting is very good for his age. In the field Andrew is very polished with a quick clean arm action and a nice set-up. He shows solid footwork and nice timing coming after the ball. Andrew is a good student that should attract the attention of many mid to high-level college programs.
