Robert Carman is a 2007 SS/2B/P with a 6'3'', 157 lb. frame from Pickering, ON who attends St. Mary HS. Carman has a lean slope shouldered build with some present strength. At the plate he hits from a spread no stride approach, with a line drive swing path. He keeps his swing short/simple and creates mostly opposite field contact. He has soft hands defensively and smooth actions, arm strength needs work. On the mound he ranged from 76-78 mph on his FB, with a big breaking 63 mph CB that is effective. He threw strikes and was around the plate. Robert is also a good student.

Robert Carman is a 2007 SS/3B/P with a 6'3'', 150 lb. frame from Pickering, Ontario, who attends St. Mary. Carman has a long and lean frame and he is very projectable. Defensively he has quick feet on the infield. He fields the ball well out in front of him. Carman also moves well showing body control on slow rollers. At the plate he is a right handed hitter who hits from a slightly closed stance with a wide base. He uses a no stride approach and stays balanced throughout his swing. Carman has a line drive swing plane that keeps the barrel of the bat in the zone. He keeps his weight back, and makes consistent contact. On the mound he throws from a 3/4 arm slot with a loose arm. His fastball topped out at 78 mph with occasional life. He also mixed in a solid curveball at 65 mph.
