SE Spring Frost Scout Notes

Andrew Akopov (’28, Marietta, Ga.)- started off the 14U PG Southeast Spring Frost with a bang going 4-for-4 with seven runs batted in against Smartense 14u Academy. The 6-foot, 175-pound outfielder for the East Cobb Astros 14U Orange hit an inside-the-park home run down the rightfield line in his first plate appearance to drive in a pair and kick off the weekend. He finished the tournament with a .556 batting average and 1.636 on-base plus slugging percentage as a Top Performer in the event.
