Few, if any, pitchers in the 2014 class have improved as much as Iowa native Keaton McKinney has over the past few months. Known more for his offensive potential early in his high school career, McKinney has only been a primary pitcher for the past year but has advanced quickly to All-American status. His selection is not only based on his low- to mid-90s fastball but just as much on a good breaking ball and low-80s changeup that might be the best in the 2014 class. A two-way talent should he go to college, his ceiling is higher on the mound as a pro.
