Dayton Miller is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from New Boston, MI who attends Huron. Athletic build with medium lean levers that will hold more muscle and size. Ran a 6.71 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, low line on throws, athletic look and bounce to the actions, one hand gather to the side with feel to work through it, moves around well and looks natural in the grass with good angles, accurate throws to the bag, very solid round with throws up to 89-mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher, strictly operates from the stretch, slow leg raise above the belt, works in line and rides the slope, high three-quarters slot, quick and whippy arm, heavy arm side run on the fastball and located it well, two seam action, 10-4/11-5 shape on the curveball and both produced good results, landed for strikes consistently, can work backwards, up tempo and confident on the bump. Right-handed hitter, quick double toe tap trigger, high hands and high back elbow, stretch to the back shoulder in load, dips the back elbow, some slicing contact, strong hands and impacts it well when on time and gets the barrel out. Good athlete with strength throughout that translates on both sides of the ball. Outstanding student. Named to the 2024 Great Lakes Indoor Top Prospect List.
