Cade Greenfield is a 2018 1B with a 6-2 210 lb. frame from Filer, ID who attends Twin Falls HS. Big and strong build, especially for his age. Right handed hitter, good shift into contact, tends to leave his hands deep behind, level swing, line drive approach, stays balanced well, should develop more explosion as he matures into his body. Has good defensive actions at first base with good balance and footwork, soft hands. Also pitched, simple side step delivery, gets hips and back turned, doesn't get front side fully open again, compact 3/4's arm slot. Fastball to 74 mph, soft curveball with occasional 11/5 depth. Good student.
