Zachary Ginder is a 2018 C/1B with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Lithia, FL who attends Durant High School. Younger player with a medium build and an athletic frame with present athleticism. Primary catcher, showed developing catch and throw actions and raw arm strength behind the plate. At the plate, started with an open, wide stance and a high hands set. Linear swing path through the zone working from primarily his upper-half with raw bat speed. Shift and lift concept that would improve with additional lower half incorporation in his swing, creating leverage. Exceptional student.
