Lleyton Jones is a 2023 2B/RHP with a 6-0 145 lb. frame from Duluth, GA who attends Peachtree Ridge. Medium frame with a lanky, wiry frame showing room to fill down the road, Ran a 7.52 second sixty yard dash. Primary second baseman, works well to get around the baseball while taking momentum into throw, mature footwork with some athleticism, showed a longer arm action while being accurate. Secondary righthanded pitcher, worked exclusively from the stretch, slight pause at top of leg kick before driving downhill leading with his hips, longer arm action before delivering from a high 3/4 arm slot, worked both sides of the plate, pounded the zone, fastball sitting 72-75. Righthanded hitter, big leg lift before shifting weight back toward the pitcher, smooth swing with a linear swing path, middle of the field approach with raw tools. Outstanding student.
