JUCO Top 25: March 12

After a wild week in Junior College baseball we see significant movement both at the top and throughout our top 25 and headlining the bunch is our new number 1, Central Arizona. Gaston with another 3-0 week overtakes Gulf Coast for our number 2 spot. The pitching staff meshed with the high level run production continues to shine for the John A. Logan Vols, they earned a 1 spot bump to number 4. Weatherford stumbled against Northeast Texas dropping both after 2 rather easy victories over TCS post grad, they drop down to number 5. We will continue to bet on the prospects at Northwest Florida despite just going 1-1 this week they move up 1 spot to number 8. Johnson County has been teetering in and out of the Top 10 for the last few weeks but after a 4-0 week they rejoin Crowder inside the top 10.

Outside of the Top 10, both Georgia Highlands and Pensacola State have been risers throughout the process, both receiving sizable jumps after a pair of clean sheet weeks. Kansas City Kansas is playing the Midwest dark horse coming on very strong as of late, they jump from 25 to 17 after a strong 5-0 week.

Pearl River and LSU-Eunice flip flop once again after the Bengals got handed their 1st loss of the 2024 campaign. Head Coach Neal Holiman and his East Central squad is narrowing the margin on both as the Warriors sit unblemished at 25-0.

Welcome back Stingers! Flo-Dar has run off 10 straight and re-enter the Top 25 at number 19. Arizona Western rejoins the Top 25 as well after another strong 3-1 week. Making their Top 25 debut we have Chattanooga State sliding into the 24 spot with their glistening 22-4 record but they face a tough test on the road this week against #15 Walters State, a matchup to keep an eye on as we enter almost the midway point of the 2024 Juco season.

JUCO Top 25: April 24
Another week, another new number 1 as the Cavaliers of Johnson County have been on a torrid stretch in a difficult Midwest Juco landscape.
