Jason Doran is a 2020 3B/C with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Wappingers Falls, NY who attends Kennedy Catholic HS. Medium frame with strength and physicality throughout. Recorded a 5.51 40-yard dash. Primary third baseman who fields the ball out front with developing arm strength. Throws were pretty accurate and throws from a lower arm slot. Wide base at the plate with a leg lift trigger as a timing mechanism. Line drive swing path and has slight coil in the swing. Fly ball approach with the swing path and by dipping the back shoulder to create life. Barrel has smoothness throughout and he does a pretty solid job at controlling the barrel through the zone. Has some juice in the swing with future power potential.
