2017 Mid-Atlantic Top Prospect Showcase
Christopher Reese is a 2018 2B/3B, IF, OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Woodbine, MD who attends Glenelg. Medium frame with slender, athletic present build; good projection remaining. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.07 seconds. Sets up to hit from even-based stance with high back elbow and high hand set, herky-jerky hand load back, front hip opens, mostly line drive swing plane with middle-field approach, showed best pop to pull side. Worked out in the infield; solid footwork to both sides, quickness to transfer and overall hand actions, accurate across the diamond, clocked up to 75 mph. Very good student.
