William Kramer is a 2017 RHP with a 6-2 155 lb. frame from Morganville, NJ who attends Marlboro High School. Large, athletic frame with square, narrow shoulder and long limbs, plenty of room to add physical strength throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.96 60-yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher, shows sound balance and tempo to delivery with smoothness to mechanics, incorporates lower half well in drive to the plate and shows ability to repeat mechanics. Long and fluid arm action through the backside working to a high three-quarters arm slot, creates nice extension out front at follow through. Up to 81 mph with fastball, shows late life to the arm side when located down in the zone where most effective, can move the ball in and out well, loses some life when up in the zone. Flashed a breaking ball at 64 mph that showed occasional slider spin, comfort in the pitch to use as out pitch, also threw a changeup at 68 mph. Good student.
