Kiley Brown is a 2017 2B/SS with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Germantown, WI who attends Germantown. Medium frame with a solid, athletic build and present strength. Ran a 6.95 sixty yard dash. Primary second baseman with smooth, fundamental footwork while ranging to and surrounding the baseball. Shows clean, athletic glove actions while funneling out front with smooth exchanges while working through transition. Moves well to each side with the ability to maintain smooth, athletic actions while on the run. Changes arm angle while throwing across the infield generating on line carry to the bag, topped at 81 mph. Right handed hitter with an upright, slightly open stance and leg lift trigger. Hands launch on a compact path to contact creating a naturally lifted plane through extension. Primarily showed a mid-field approach, but has the ability to turn barrel to contact and work to pull side as well. Shows occasional bat speed and strength at contact when back side comes through the zone with fluidity. Shows best pop when working between the gaps with a fluid swing plane. Very good student as well.
