Kason Syverson is a 2025 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-4 200 lb. frame from Sioux Falls, SD who attends Harrisburg. Features a lard, athletic, proportional frame. Has a four pitch mix that includes fastball, curveball, slider and changeup. Stays on top, working downhill. Fastball topped out at 88 while sitting 85-86. Throws out of a high three-quarter slot with longer arm action. Works quick and stays around the zone. Fastball has arm side run and locates it in all-four quadrants. Showed proper glove mechanics on the infield with a quick transfer and strong accurate arm across the diamond. Has a medium base at the plate with a high back elbow and big leg lift load. Hands start over the plate into a subtle hand load. Does a good job generating from the lower half. Bat speed present with an up the middle approach. Ran a 7.05 sixty-yard dash. Excellent student.
