Dylan Pawenski is a 2021 C/RHP, 3B with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from Shelby Twp, MI who attends Utica High School. Large frame with strong, physical build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.37 seconds. Hits from slightly open stance with hovering leg lift trigger, front hip pulls open, occasional leverage and impact pull-side. Primary catcher, long stride off-balance out of crouch, steps on plate, longer arm stroke, has arm strength, clocked up to 76 mph on throws. Also threw 84 mph across the infield. Pitched as well, plunges through back with dice roll, max effort with head violence at release, fastball worked 75-81 mph, showed curveball, some strikes. Very good student.
