Andrai Wright is a 2017 1B/3B with a 6-2 240 lb. frame from Lorain, OH who attends Clearview. Extra-large frame with tremendous strength and physicality throughout build. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.55 seconds. Sets up to hit from upright, even-based stance with big weight shift back into load. Keeps hands compact through swing, has lots of strength in body and it shows up in swing when on time. Has natural loft and leverage in swing, capable of driving the ball deep to all parts of the ballpark when squared up out front. Worked out defensively in a pair of spots. Funnels the ball deep when fielding, shows softness in hands out front, has quality footwork in both spots with good balance throughout. Showed quality arm strength, throwing 77 MPH from 1st base and 78 MPH across the diamond from shortstop.
