Arvin Dela Cruz is a 2019 2B/SS with a 5-0 110 lb. frame from Bronx, NY who attends St. Raymond HS For Boys. Younger look with room to add strength to the frame upon physical maturity. Recorded a 5.11 40-yard dash. Primary second baseman who showed range to both sides with quick feet. Transfers were quick and moves well. Good approach and actions with accurate throws and the ability to throw from multiple arm slots. Direct swing plane with good feel for squaring up with the barrel consistently. Shifts his weight well and showed a sound all fields approach with the ability to spray line drives. Advanced feel and actions with power coming in the frame. Great student.
