Teppei Fukuda is a 2017 C with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Kawasaki, KN. Lean athletic build with room to fill out. Hits from a square stance with tight knees and pigeon toed feet. Smooth load, gets to a balanced position with hands in a good spot. Direct hands to ball with a good line drive swing plane. Stays inside ball well and has some lift in swing. Defensively, low set up, light on feet. Has a quick transfer and release with good ball to hand transition from glove. Isn't afraid to throw behind runners in games and was quick at it. Feet worked. Solid catch and throw skills.
