#Uncommitted Enmanuel Acevedo (‘27, NY) starts w/ a high HS, working into a pronounced LL and a short AA. Got the heater up to 95 (92-94) w/ a run/ride profile. Used a tight spinning SL w/ hz bite to keep hitters off balance. Also flashed a CH. #JrSubwaySeries @pg_scouting… pic.twitter.com/oICs6gpv4r — PG Mid Atlantic (NY, NJ, PA, MD,DE,DC) (@PGMidAtlantic) September 22, 2025 Enmanuel Acevedo, RHP, Class of 2027 Commitment: University of Virginia Acevedo made his pact to the Cavaliers this past week, as they continue to tap into the Northeast for high-end prospects that will make immediate an impact once on campus. The physical, sturdy built right-hander runs it into the mid-90s fairly easy with a some run & ride that misses bats in the zone. He pairs it well with a tight-spinning slider that generates tons of swings-and-misses and...

Most Likely To Make a Huge Jump in the Rankings in 2026 RJ Shields (2027, Venice, Fl.) Shields took some significant strides throughout 2025, especially on the mound. The fastball reached 95 mph in recent months and he projects well with great athleticism and a sharp breaking ball. Shields is also a left-handed bat with good thump in the stick. The Mississippi State commit shot up the rankings following a loud fall and looks poised to continue to climb. -KP High speed BP swing from '27 OF Gavin Ruvalcaba (FL)... #JrNational @Florida_PG https://t.co/OwU9I0u6eY pic.twitter.com/gjYZbmCPGE — PG Showcases (@PGShowcases) June 12, 2025 Gavin Ruvalcaba (2027, Hialeah, Fl.) Ruvalcaba had a very strong 2025 and looks to be continuing on that path. The Duke commit has plenty of athleticism and is very well rounded with good tools across the board. The stroke is smooth and produces...

Nathaniel Choe (2030, Buford, GA) was a consistent hitter in the Georgia American lineup as he went 9-for-15 on the weekend. Choe sits at 5-foot-6, 115-pounds as a right-handed hitting shortstop. Choe hit .600 on the weekend with one double, four inside the park home runs, stole six bases, and reached base three times. He had good bat-to-ball skills with control of the barrel and a quick runner. Choe showcased good arm strength and range when at shortstop. Well-rounded shortstop in the class of 2030. ‘31 Lucas Easley (TN) with a loud PS double off the RF wall. Controls the barrel well w/ good strength to all fields and quick hands. @PG_Tennessee #AASSC pic.twitter.com/byayCOSIPC — Perfect Game Georgia (@PG_Georgia) November 17, 2025 Lucas Easley (2031, Loudon, TN) kept a hot bat over the weekend for Tennessee going 7-for-15 with two doubles, two triples, eight RBI, and stole...

There’s feel for a breaking ball with vertical depth and ability to throw it for strikes. As a 2028 grad this is one with all of the obvious traits to take a big step forward in the upcoming year and thus a big jump in the rankings to follow. Keon Young, OF, Enid, OK One of the premier multi-sport athletes not just in Oklahoma but in the entire midwest region. This is the type of athlete that could play...

Class of 2029 Rankings Risers
John McAdams
Class of 2029 National Rankings Electric stuff here from ‘29 RHP Oliver Olson (PA) at the #NEFallChamp. Worked steadily in the 85-88 mph range & peaked at 89; flashed well-tunneled & sharp CB as go-secondary. Huge physical upside; extremely quick arm & tons to dream on here. @PG_Scouting pic.twitter.com/nzhWdrInq2 — PG Mid Atlantic (NY, NJ, PA, MD,DE,DC) (@PGMidAtlantic) October 4, 2025 Oliver Olson, RHP, Perkasie, PA | Pennridge Previous Rank: HF | Current Rank: 68 Olson is an impressive ’29 arm from Pennsylvania that is already peaking in the upper-80s. The 6-foot-3 right-hander moves extremely well down the slope, has tons of present arm speed and immense physical projection that is only going to further his velocity upticks over the next several years. Add-in a feel for pitching, aptitude to spin the baseball and a bulldog mentality, and you have all the...

Most Likely to Make a Huge Jump in the Rankings in 2026 Blake Bader (2027, San Antonio, TX) put together a loud Summer on the circuit out here in Texas where he hit to a 395 average across 16 games played. He also hit 4 home runs and was a threat on the base-paths. Bader is an athletic outfielder who can really hit and power has shown up consistently in his game. He can really lift and launch the ball. It would not be surprising to see Bader make another big jump this coming year. George Scarborough (2027, Lucas, TX) was last seen in the Spring where he worked into the 90-93 range with his fastball topping out at 94. The slider showed good bite to it with feel in the 77-80 range. It’s an athletic 6-foot-4 starter frame with plenty of projection remaining as he continues to add strength and fill out. He moves well down the slope, and the arm works well. It would not be surprising to...

John McAdams
Most Likely To Make a Huge Jump in the Rankings in 2026 Peyton Andrie (2027 3B, Sewell, N.J.) moved up a bit in the recent rankings refresh and will likely keep climbing up the ranks next summer. He hit .389 with 11 extra-base hits and 29 runs batted in over the course of the 2025 PG circuit, with his power tool showing up much more often. He has a good blend of strength and athleticism in the frame with an intriguing bag of tools to pair. Tristan Lucier (2027 OF, Manchester, N.H.) earned a sizable jump in the recent update, and is expected to continue that upward trend next year. The Boston College commit really impressed at the plate this past summer, hitting .361 with 17 extra-base hits and 32 runs batted in over 37 games. He pairs a quick, leveraged stroke with plus speed on the basepaths, making him a versatile bat at the top of any order. He has proven to be effective on the mound...

Most Likely to Make a Huge Jump in the Rankings in 2026: Odin Ginader, 2027, RHP, Waxhaw, NC A durable righty with significant upside to his 6-0/180 frame, Ginader is an easy mover on the mound and just starting to tap into his potential. He uses a clean, inline arm path with medium depth to accelerate through a lower-3/4 arm angle as he finishes well over his front side. He generates an upper-80s fastball that has heavy, boring action to the arm side, making it difficult for hitters to elevate the pitch. He works the heater to both side of the plate and blends three off-speed pitches to go with it. Ginader can distinguish his low-70s curve from his mid-70s slider and will drop the changeup on lefthanded hitters. An elite strike-thrower, he logged 46.2 IP in Perfect Game events in ’25 accumulating a 52:15 K:BB ratio and a miniscule 1.05 ERA. With his pitchability, if he makes a...

Most Likely to Make a Huge Jump in the Rankings in 2026: Carter Allen Allen is one of the more projectable arms in the state for ’27 and the arm is loose and whippy. The Carrollton native has already been up to 91 mph and it’s easy to see this velo jumping even more as he fills out the lean 6-foot-3 frame. He’s a name to keep tabs on and should be a riser over the next year if the projection hits. Kolby Martin Martin is my pick to click over the next few months in the ’26 group. He’s a good athlete and there aren’t many switch hitting shortstops with feel to hit in this class on the national level. He’s going to be a name to monitor next spring after putting up great numbers on the summer circuit. Most Likely to Hit .500 in PG Events in 2026: Austin Tamborra It’s always impossible to predict this one but I think...
