He makes solid contact, and he centers on the ball well. He had a nice round of BP, and showed decent power projection. Defensively, he showed a nice arm with good accuracy. He gets himself in position and he can make plays. He pitches from a high three quarter arm slot with early hand separation. He is mechanically sound and pitches in-line with a clean delivery. His fastball is pretty straight at 78 mph. He throws an 11-5 curveball at 65 mph. He hits his spots well and throws strikes. With added strength he could be a solid hitter at the next level. Daniel is a very good student.
