Rhys Francis is a 2022 RHP/OF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Bridgeport, OH who attends Shadyside. Tall lean medium frame very athletic look. Lean athletic frame with a projectable build. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.27 seconds. Primary right handed pitcher, full wind up into a high leg kick, pushed off backside welland had great balance over the backside. Has a high over the top arm slot with great extension. Fastball has life topping out at 84, showed curveball with sharp tight spin. Hits with an open staggered stance, drove the ball and displayed his strength. Defensively from the outfield, displayed decent range with good form. Excellent student.
