Ethan Lam is a 2021 OF/RHP, MIF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Long Beach, CA who attends Millikan. Medium athletic build with plenty of room to fill out and strengthen as he continues to develop, posted a 6.84 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary outfielder, is aggressive with his reads off the bat, breaks it down well and showcases some fluidity to and through the baseball. Huge crow hop, violent throwing action, could stand to simplify his throwing motion to the plate. Strong arm that will most definitely be a carrying tool for him. Was gunned at 88 mph to the plate in the outfield workout. At the plate, uses an open and upright stance with a simple stride trigger. Stoic to start, hands come up and back into his load. Quiet and simple, good bat speed through the zone. Ability to drive the ball into either gap, great student in the classroom as well.
