Rylan Jackson is a 2027 RHP/3B/SS with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Crosby, TX who attends Crosby. Medium build with solid length that can fill out, long lower half. Ran a 7.87 in the sixty. Primary right-handed pitcher, winds up from middle of the rubber with a higher leg lift into a high three-quarter slot. Short, quick arm action for age. Fastball was low-80s offering with late arm-side life. Nabbed inside corner, missed bats. Broke off a firm changeup that mimics a bit and harder thrown slider with solid spin. In sequenced delivery with some good stuff for age. Also showed a strong arm in infield drills, throws packed with intent. Fields in the middle well and the arm works. Right-handed hitter, medium base with good strength behind his swings. Longer finish with some strength to his front side. Solid hand speed, lots to work with. Named to Top Prospect list. Very good student.
