Rylan Hill is a 2024 1B/LHP with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Bryan, TX who attends Bryan. Long and slender build with plenty of room to still fill into as he continues to develop. Primary first baseman. Stays in front of the ball well and shows comprehension for his footwork off of the bag. Gathers well and throws are accurate to all bags. On the mound, has a longer arm action from a three-quarters slot. Repeatable mechanics, pounds the zone with his fastball up to 75 mph. Positive run and sink on the pitch. Curveball is a 1-to-7 shaped curveball with good break and depth. At the plate, uses an upright and even stance with a straight up and down leg lift trigger. Shows some looseness to his hands, fluid stroke after the trigger, good barrel control overall. Looks to use the middle of the field. Great student in the classroom as well.
