Zack Agnew is a 2023 RHP/3B with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from Maricopa, AZ who attends Perry. Medium slender build with plenty of room to fill out as he continues to develop. Primary pitcher, has a shorter arm action from a high three-quarters to over the top slot. Opens early down the hill, fastball up to 70 mph shows occasional arm side run. Pitches exclusively with a fastball, possesses a slight hitch at the top of his lift that creates some deception to the plate. In the infield, fields out in front and stays in front of the ball well. Shows an ability to throw from multiple slots while on the move. At the plate, uses an upright and even stance with a simple stride trigger. Looks to use the middle of the field. Has some feel for the barrel, power will develop nicely alongside his build.
