Max Cairo is a 2021 C/3B/OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Highland Park, IL who attends Highland Park. Long and lean athletic build with plenty of physical projection remaining. Versatile defensive player who played all over the field and showed his athleticism well, primary catcher but was comfortable and showed skills both in the infield and outfield, can shorten up his mechanics and lower half work behind the plate. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight narrow stance at the plate, long and loose swing, ball comes off the barrel well when he's on time. Plays with energy. Excellent student. Named to the Ohio Valley Showcase Top Prospect List.
