Adam Casali is a 2020 C/UT with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Verona, WI who attends Middleton. Ran a 7.56 second sixty-yard dash. Primary catcher with a medium frame and present strength. Has a low and even stance behind the plate, replacing the feet well and gaining good ground to second base with developing quickness to the exchange. Makes accurate throws to second base with developing arm strength at 76 miles per hour. Also worked out in the infield, showcasing an ability to round the ball well, with developing footwork and backhand glove work. Makes accurate throws across the diamond from an over the top slot at 78 miles per hour. Has a wide stance at the plate, with a lift and replace trigger and high hand set. Swings with intent to drive the baseball, with a compact path to contact and line drive barrel plane. Impacts the ball well, creating some loud jump off the barrel when squared. Good student.
