Hunter Lefkus is a 2024 RHP/3B with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Bayville, NJ who attends Donovan Catholic. Medium, slender build with loads of strength remaining to be added throughout frame. Right-handed pitcher, simple operation with an offset, staggered start. Incorporates his lower half well, remaining on line towards the plate. Creates a tough downhill angle with his fastball, coming from an over-the-top arm slot, getting on top of the ball well, keeping it at the hitter's knees. Advanced feel for 12-6 shaped breaking ball with late bite, landing it for strikes often. Held velocity throughout his outing at 79-81 mph, topping out at 83 mph. Arsenal certainly projects plus as he continues to develop on the mound. Excellent student.
