Henry Hultquist is a 2022 RHP with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Arlington, VA who attends Gonzaga College. Recorded a 5.11 second forty-yard dash time. Strong, durable frame with long levers and plenty of projection remaining. Simple delivery with deliberate pace to it, drop and drive lower mechanics and good extension through release. Works from a 3/4's slot with heavy, downhill plane to his fastball that worked in the mid-80s for the duration of his outing. Topped out at 88 mph in this look, with good command of the strike zone and the ability to expand and use all four quadrants effectively. Mixed in well-tunneled slider with advanced spin traits and sharp, hard bite to it. Proficient strike thrower with repeatable mechanics, loose arm stroke and velocity upside. Solid two-pitch mix, will continue to improve with addition of third pitch and continued gains in velocity. Excellent Student. Named to the 2021 Northeast Indoor Top Prospect List.
