Max Weiser is a 2021 RHP/SS with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Denver, CO who attends George Washington. Long and lanky athletic build with square shoulders and a high waist, lots of room to get stronger. Long arm action with a high leg lift delivery, gets turned well at the top, 3/4's to high 3/4's arm slot. Two-seam fastball topped out at 80 mph, mostly relies on a cutter that shows some late off the barrel life. Tunnels a deeper slurve type breaking ball with the cutter well with more depth and sweeping action. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a lift and replace front leg load, rotational upper body swing, pull side contact, has the leverage and strength to create some jump off the barrel. Third base tools on defense, charges the ball well. Good student.
