Jet Crews is a 2022 OF/RHP, 1B with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Carlsbad, CA who attends Sage Creek. Medium frame with a lean build showing room to fill out physically down the road. Ran a 7.08 second sixty yard dash. Primary Outfielder, showing good first step instincts as he worked aggressively into the baseball. Clean gather to the side and then carried weight well into throws. Accurate to the bag with low, hard throws. Threw it 80 mph during drills. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, working with a balanced motion as he lifts to the belt. Longer arm circle in the back before delivering from a high three-quarter slot. Crossfire type delivery that generated natural deception. Fastball up to 78 mph and mixed in a curveball showing depth. Also mixed in a cutter and a changeup that seemed to both be similar pitchers as far as action goes. Right-Handed Hitter, starting balanced and open with the front side. High hands with some bat wrap over the head once he works into separation. Longer swing path and he stayed linear through the zone. Middle of the field approach and proved to have pull-side pop when he got extended. Good Student.
