Hunter Belton is a 2021 RHP/1B with a 6-2 145 lb. frame from Cabot, AR who attends North Little Rock HS. Very slender slopped shoulder build. High leg lift delivery from the far first base side of the rubber, kicks out his lead leg, some energy to the plate, repeats his mechanics well. Fastball topped out at 80 mph, mostly straight, throws his fastball for strikes. Curveball is his pitch, has tight spin and good shape and has feel for the pitch, got consistent weak swings on his curveball. Key to development will be getting stronger. 7.67 runner, young actions in the outfield. Right handed hitter, back side hitter with a deep hand load, middle of the field line drive approach, showed good feel for the barrel. Good student.
