Michael Came is a 2020 1B/LHP with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Olympia, WA who attends Olympia HS. Medium athletic build with good present strength. Left handed hitter, hits from an open stance, moves into contact very well and uses his lower half to generate bat speed, strong hands, line drive swing plane with present bat speed, ball comes off the barrel hard. 7.95 runner, shows good athleticism at first base and is smooth and balanced moving to the ball. Also pitched, very rotational delivery, has a hesitation in his delivery that creates deception. Fastball topped out at 78 mph, mostly straight. Curveball was a good pitch with good depth and tightness. Worked quickly and threw strikes. Has a prosthetic right leg below the need but one wouldn't know it in his baseball actions except for his landing on his heal when pitching. Elite level student.
