Tristan Head is a 2023 SS/RHP, IF with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Jupiter, FL who attends The Benjamin School. Recorded a 6.89 second 60-yard dash time. Well-built frame with present athleticism and room to add strength. Primary shortstop with athletic actions and a higher arm slot. Very good arm strength recorded up to 95 mph across the diamond and gets rid of it quickly. Hands work well and maintains on the charge nicely. Switch hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and fast hands through the hitting zone. Barrels to all fields with good barrel ability. Good loft and leverage from the left side with very good power potential. Tremendous student. Verbal commitment to Virginia.
