Jacob Roberts is a 2019 OF/ with a 6-2 160 lb. frame from Hilton Head, SC who attends Hilton Head HS. Recorded a 7.08 second 60-yard dash time. Lean, athletic build with wiry present strength and room for more. Primary outfielder with a quick arm, online throws, and good carry out of the hand. Arm strength recorded up to 85 mph into the infield. Maintains momentum well through release and fields out in front with a short arm stroke. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and a wide base. Elastic load with a quiet set up, gets extended nicely at the point of contact. Consistent, repeatable swing and works best on a line. Good student.
