Josh McCall is a 2020 RHP/IF with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from McKinney, TX who attends McKinney North HS. Recorded a 7.65 second 60-yard dash time. Large frame with good strength present and room for more. Primary righthanded pitcher with a high three-quarters arm slot and good extension. Longer arm stroke with a loose arm action and online delivery. Good direction toward the plate and stays back nicely. Good command of the fastball that topped out at 85 mph with some arm side life. Softer curveball that he can land for strikes. Velocity projects and will continue to grow. Arm strength plays from secondary positions of infield and first base. Righthanded hitter with an even base and a medium leg kick. Hands coil slightly in the load but loud when on time. Has good strength off the barrel and projects for some power too. Good student.
