Johnny Tarantino is a 2021 OF/LHP with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from San Jose, CA who attends St. Francis. Medium athletic build with some present strength and room for more. Left handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a high hand start and a big leg lift trigger, long hand path to the ball, tries to stay inside the ball and move it around the field with a line drive high contact approach, swung the bat well in games with quick hands and was able to get the barrel out front consistently. Tall and upright fielder in the outfield, upper body rotational thrower who can increase his arm strength with more lower body use. God student.
