Liam Andrews is a 2022 RHP with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Oakton, VA who attends Oakton. Tall and lean athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. High leg lift delivery with a clean low hand break, gets into his lower half well and drives to the plate with good direction, 3/4's arm slot. Steady low 80's fastball, topped out at 83 mph, fastball has some late arm side run and sink when down in the zone. Still working on a consistent slider arm slot but he created good spin on the ball with some depth. Projects well on the mound as he continues to get stronger. 7.13 runner, worked out in the infield with young actions through the ball and good raw arm strength. Right handed hitter, hits from an upright stance with limited lower half load or use, line drive bat path. Good student.
