Jonathan Siwiecki is a 2020 C/RHP, OF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Whittier, CA who attends Los Altos. Primary catcher with some athletic actions behind the plate. Brings the glove back to the throwing hand, replaces feet well, and has an above average arm. Popped a 2.02 in workouts while working for a slightly high and even stance. Impressive in the outfield showing off a strong arm and getting some backspin on throws to create good carry to bases. Approaches the ball well in the outfield and shows some consistently comfortable actions. Works from an upright, even stance at the plate. Has a simple leg lift trigger with a rotational lower half. Line drive barrel plane and flashes the ability to throw the barrel head out front and work to the pull side with some jump. Shows some okay speed with a 7.14 60-yard dash. Secondary pitcher, works from a three-quarters slot with some arm speed present. Strong lower half that stays on line to the plate through the delivery. Low-80s fastball up to 84 miles per hour and shows some feel for a curveball at 72 miles per hour and a developing changeup at 77 miles per hour. Excellent student.
