Cole Hupke is a 2020 RHP/ with a 6-4 220 lb. frame from Brandon, SD who attends Brandon Valley. Has a physical frame with present strength in the build. Starts from the windup with a small side step to a belt high leg lift. Stays slightly flexed at gather, going to drop and drive actions down the mound. Creates good linear direction in the lower half, staying on line to the plate at foot strike and staying on line through finish. Has a long and loose arm action, with good arm speed from a mid three-quarter slot. Gets good extension out front, attacking hitters with a heavy fastball at 81-to-84 miles per hour. Has developing feel for a breaking ball at 68 miles per hour, slowing up the arm speed at times. Flashes feel for the zone with a sinking changeup at 78 miles per hour, and the three-pitch mix is enough to keep hitters off-balance.
