Ryan Brash is a 2019 C/RHP, 3B with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Gibsonia, PA who attends Pine-Richland. Large frame with some strength present and still more room to fill. Ran a 7.62 second 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, sets up in a high courted set, comes out of his crouch with quickness to his actions, smooth transfer taking his arm back to a compact arm action, gains ground into throws with solid arm strength, accurate to the second base bag, 1.82 second best pop time. Also took reps in the infield, quick to the baseball with soft hands that play out in front, showcased the ability to throw from multiple arm angles, topped out at 79 mph across the diamond. Righthanded hitter, sets up with a narrow based slightly open stance and a high hand set, flashed a linear stroke when working to his pull side, mostly rotational swing with developing bat speed. Outstanding student.
