Jaden Black is a 2023 C/1B/3B with a 6-3 187 lb. frame from Keller, TX who attends Keller. Long and lean frame with excellent physical projection. Primary catcher, good receiver and athletic in stance, early turn working through the ball and gains excellent ground, very efficient with his transfers and good direction into release, good arm strength and produced strong and accurate throws. Right-handed hitter, even base and moves in very well, good length to the stroke and geared for generating very good backspin, loose wrists and on time with the barrel, creates excellent space and already shows the strength to put the ball out of the yard on a line, good foundation of strength and bat speed while staying connected well.
